Welcome. You've found the blog section of my portfolio — a space I created with great ambition and have so far filled with exactly one post. This one. About the fact that there are no posts.
The irony is not lost on me.
The Plan™
When I built this site, I told myself: "I'll write regularly. Short posts. Lessons learned. Quick DevOps tips. It'll be easy."
That was a lie. A warm, comforting lie I told myself at 11pm while sipping coffee and feeling very productive.
What I Actually Do Instead of Writing
- Automate something that didn't need automating
- Spend 3 hours tuning a Prometheus dashboard nobody asked for
- Open a new blank post, stare at it, close it
- Convince myself the post needs more research first
- Go for a drive
What's Actually Coming (Pinky Promise)
I do have things to write about. Real things. From actual experience:
- Lessons from 8+ years of breaking Kubernetes clusters professionally
- Terraform patterns I wish someone had shown me earlier
- Building ML pipelines on Vertex AI without losing your mind
- How I built this site and the weird rabbit holes it sent me down
- Probably something about Jenkins that starts with "why does this exist"
In the Meantime
The AI chatbot in the bottom-right corner actually knows about me and is significantly more entertaining than this post. Give it a go.
